4. Intellectual property
Everything that makes up the leeka.app website and the Leeka mobile application — text, photographs, illustrations, logos, names, graphic elements, layout and source code — is the exclusive property of LEEKA or is used with its owner's permission. These elements are protected under the French intellectual property code.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation or exploitation of these elements, in whole or in part, by any means and on any medium, is prohibited without LEEKA's prior written permission. "Leeka", the Leeka logo and the Leeka wordmark are distinctive signs belonging to LEEKA; unauthorised use may render its author liable.
5. Personal data
LEEKA is the data controller for the personal data collected through the leeka.app website and the Leeka mobile application. The data collected, the purposes, the legal bases, the retention periods, the recipients and your rights are all set out in the Privacy Policy.
To exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, email us at privacy@leeka.app. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), at www.cnil.fr.
The leeka.app website runs no analytics, no advertising and no third-party trackers, so there is no cookie banner.
6. Terms of use and account deletion
Use of the Leeka mobile application and related services is governed by the Terms of Service. Deleting a Leeka account, and what that erases or retains, is described on the Delete your account page.
